DEPA Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps, High Pressure Pumps, Series DB
DEPA Air-Operated Diaphragm Pumps are a cost-effective alternative in pressure-maintaining operation since any elaborate and costly closed-loop or open-loop control is dispensed with.
Due to the property of DEPA Air-Operated High Pressure Diaphragm Pumps (series-M), type DB pumps are preferred by filter press operators.
With the final pressures of 13 bar (188 psi), 16 bar (232 psi) or 21 bar (305 psi), which are factory-adjusted, the DEPA pump can be operated at a maximum flow rate without any losses and pressure regulator (cost-saving).
The variable pressures possible with the DEPA pumps protect the filter press while the short filling cycles improve the productivity of the entire filter process.
There are 3 sizes with 2 body materials, (cast iron, cast stainless steel) each available so that the pumps can be individually adapted to transfer tasks. Various elastomer materials for diaphragms, valve seats and valve balls are also available.
