BSV/BCV Vertical Wet Pit, Concrete Volute Pump
The Flowserve BSV and BCV concrete volute pumps are a vertical, wet pit design used for large flow applications requiring continuous operation. The massive concrete volute substantially reduces noise and vibration, offers high corrosion and erosion resistance, significantly increasing pump life.
Pump Design incorporates a removable metallic pump pull-out unit within a concrete volute. The suction bell is connected to a preformed intake suction box.
Bearings and Sealing Systems are easily accessible via the space under the motor-gear support.
Prefabricated Concrete Segments simplify production, provide better quality control, and facilitate site planning and on-site construction activities.
Prefabricated Concrete offers high corrosion and erosion resistance.
