Time-Served Experts & Capabilities
Our team of time-served mechanical fitters brings decades of combined experience, ensuring expert handling of even the most complex pump systems. From pump repairs and refurbishment to bespoke manufacturing, their craftsmanship is backed by extensive mechanical and machining capabilities. Our facility includes:
- Lathe machines
- Welding stations
- Milling machines
- Industrial drills
- Hydraulic and mechanical presses
This allows us to carry out a wide range of in-house engineering tasks, reducing lead times and maintaining quality control for all pump repairs and engineering services.
Fast Turnaround with On-Site Spare Stock
We maintain a well-stocked inventory of commonly required pump spares, enabling us to deliver a fast and efficient turnaround. Whether it’s a seal, bearing or motor component, our access to in-stock items keeps downtime to a minimum for our customers—especially when time-critical pump repairs are required.
Clean Area for Hygienic Pump Repairs
Recognising the needs of the food, beverage and pharmaceutical sectors, we have a designated clean area within our workshop. This controlled environment is specifically for hygienic pump repairs and refurbishment, ensuring compliance with strict industry standards while preserving product integrity.

Investment in Growth & Innovation
Since relocating to our current building in 2006, we have continually invested in the development of our workshop. The past year has marked a significant period of transformation, with the appointment of Michael O’Hare as Works Director driving new initiatives and improvements across the board, including advanced tooling for complex pump repairs.
We have:
- Launched a new fleet of branded service vehicles
- Enhanced the Liquivac pump manufacturing line
- Supported ongoing R&D on Liquivac components, with advancements such as newly designed rotors
- Undertaken major refurbishment of our workshop floor using high-grade epoxy coatings, ensuring a durable and professional working environment

Workshop Floor Refurbishment
No expense has been spared in upgrading our workshop floor to meet the highest industrial standards. Using vacuum-assisted diamond grinders, the original surface was keyed and existing joints and debris were removed. Joints were then filled and allowed to cure before multiple layers of premium epoxy coatings were applied, resulting in a highly durable, clean and professional finish. This transformation is featured in our time-lapse video.

Investing in the Future
We believe in shaping the future of engineering. That’s why we’ve recently taken on a sponsored apprentice who is currently studying for the MOET advanced apprenticeship. Working closely with our experienced technicians, he is gaining vital hands-on experience and contributing to the team’s growing output. Our commitment to skills development has also been recognised with a regional award from Middlesbrough College and TTE, underlining our dedication to engineering apprenticeships on Teesside.
