From late 2025, Tomlinson Hall will be launching a groundbreaking Digital Asset Tagging Management System—a major step forward in pump lifecycle transparency, maintenance planning, and customer service. As part of this innovation, every new pump supplied and every pump repair carried out by TH will be tagged with a unique QR code.
This QR code acts as a digital passport for each pump, providing end users with instant access to a full history of the asset. This includes service reports, manuals, nameplate data, and key lifecycle information—right at their fingertips. By scanning the code, customers can easily view past maintenance, manufacturer details, and any work previously carried out, all in one convenient location.
But the benefits don’t stop there. This system allows Tomlinson Hall to notify customers when a service is due or when a warranty is approaching its expiry date. It also enables proactive planning by identifying parts or pumps that may be heading towards obsolescence, so that replacements or upgrades can be arranged ahead of time, avoiding unplanned downtime. Importantly, this service is provided completely free of charge.
To support this digital shift, TH will also be offering a comprehensive maintenance package. This includes a full site survey where all pumps on-site are tagged, logged, and added to a secure digital portal. Customers will be able to access this platform to monitor asset condition, view maintenance records, and receive scheduled service reminders, creating a fully integrated asset management solution.
This new system reflects Tomlinson Hall’s ongoing commitment to innovation, reliability, and customer care, ensuring your pumps are always performing, protected, and future-ready.
