Tomlinson Hall is delighted to congratulate Jonathan Parkinson on successfully completing his M.O.E.T. Apprenticeship, marking an important milestone in his career and the beginning of an exciting new chapter with the company.
Jonathan joined Tomlinson Hall three years ago as an apprentice and has spent that time developing his skills, knowledge and practical experience while becoming a valued member of the team.
Throughout his apprenticeship, Jonathan has had the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues while gaining the hands-on expertise required to build a successful career within the engineering industry. His hard work and commitment over the past three years have now been rewarded with the successful completion of his qualification.
We’re also very pleased that Jonathan’s journey with Tomlinson Hall won’t be ending with his apprenticeship. Having seen his development and contribution to the business first-hand, we jumped at the opportunity to offer him a full-time position as a qualified member of the team.
Supporting apprentices and developing the next generation of engineering talent is extremely important to Tomlinson Hall. Jonathan’s progression from apprentice to full-time employee is a great example of the opportunities an apprenticeship can provide and the value of investing in people for the future.
