The seal-less design allows the pump to safely run dry and operate against closed valve conditions without causing damage to the pump or surrounding environment. Combined with variable speed control and gentle product handling, the IonTec™ is ideal for handling abrasive, viscous, and shear-sensitive media across a wide range of applications.
Ease of maintenance has also been a key focus in the development of the new range. Thanks to its modular construction and shared spare part compatibility with the established DEPA® Air Operated Double Diaphragm pump range, servicing is simplified while downtime and maintenance costs are reduced.
Additional features such as soft-start capability, diaphragm leakage monitoring, compact installation dimensions, and no mechanical seals further enhance reliability and operational safety in modern industrial systems.
