Tomlinson Hall lands prestigious industry award for the fifth time

Tomlinson Hall & Co Ltd is celebrating after its success at a major industry awards ceremony.

We’re delighted to announce that we won the coveted Distributor of the Year award at the Pump Industry Awards 2016, held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Heythrop Park, Oxfordshire on March 10. It is the fifth time that Tomlinson Hall has triumphed in this category.

Organised by the British Pump Manufacturers Association (BPMA), the Pump Industry Awards recognise performance, innovation and achievement in the UK and Ireland’s pump sector. More than 250 engineers, manufacturers, suppliers and distributors attended the event, which was hosted by BBC News presenter Mary Rhodes.

Winners on the night were chosen based on the outcome of an online vote, coupled with their ranking as established by the award judges.

Tomlinson Hall was also named Distributor of the Year in the Pump Industry Awards in 2009/10, 2011, 2012 and 2014, and was runner-up in the category in 2008, 2013 and 2015.

Our triumph follows our successes in topping the Small Business category in the North East Business Awards 2015 and being named Small Business of the Year in 2015’s Teesside Business Awards. Last year Tomlinson Hall was also awarded the North East Process Industry Cluster (NEPIC) SME of the Year title.
